Ingredients : Dextrose, maltodextrin, oat flour , corn starch (waxy maize), whey protein concentrate , milk protein, flavors, taurine, creatine monohydrate, pH-regulator ® (dried umeboshi plum extract, potassium citrate, calcium citrate, sodium citrate, magnesium citrate), thickeners – xanthan gum, Digezyme® – (multi-enzyme complex: Amylase, cellulase, lactase, lipase, protease), sucralose E-955 (sweetener).
Directions: Dissolve 2 scoops (100 grams = 1 serving) in 200-550 ml of water. Take 1-3 servings a day, between meals and/or 1 hour before or after training. Consume immediately after preparation.
